1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing or using any service offered on the abe356 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an account, log in, or use the abe356 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and abe356 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and abe356.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a player account on abe356, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. abe356 is strictly an 18+ platform. Age verification is applied during registration and may be requested at any subsequent point during the player relationship. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing abe356 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the platform is lawful in your location.
4. Single account: You may hold only one registered account on abe356 at any time. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
5. Accurate information: All registration information provided by you must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Not a abe356 employee: Current employees, agents, and contractors of abe356 and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotion.

abe356 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers an internal review. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. abe356 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact abe356 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abe356 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). abe356 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

4.1 Deposits

abe356 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, and direct bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. abe356 does not charge deposit fees on any standard payment method. Your payment service provider may charge its own transaction fees; these are not abe356's responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your abe356 account in real time upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your payment method. abe356 reserves the right to decline any deposit if it believes, in its reasonable opinion, that the deposit is connected to fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned, less any applicable processing costs, and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to your account, unless abe356 support explicitly approves an alternative withdrawal method in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect player funds.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — 5 to 15 minutes during platform support hours; Rocket and Upay — up to 30 minutes; bank transfer — 1 to 3 Bangladesh business hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

abe356 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. Only your Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal — Bonus Credit cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be converted to Real Money Balance by satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.

abe356 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above specified thresholds, or withdrawals following account activity that triggers an internal review. abe356 will notify you of any verification requirement promptly and will process verified withdrawals without unnecessary delay.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abe356 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. The general conditions in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who hold a verified account in good standing. abe356 reserves the right to exclude any player from a bonus or promotion at its discretion, including where the player's account is under review or where there is a reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.
2. Wagering requirements: All Bonus Credit is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward satisfying a wagering requirement.
3. Minimum odds (sports betting): Where a sports betting bonus requires minimum odds, only qualifying bets placed at or above the stated minimum odds will count toward the wagering requirement.
4. Bonus expiry: All Bonus Credit and associated free spins carry an expiry date or time limit. Bonus Credit not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Credit and any associated winnings.
5. One bonus per promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Using multiple accounts or payment methods to claim the same offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
6. Withdrawal order: Where a player has both a Real Money Balance and an active Bonus Credit balance, Real Money Balance is used for wagering first unless the player specifically elects to use Bonus Credit and the platform configuration permits this election.
7. Modification and withdrawal of promotions: abe356 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where the promotion has been affected by a technical error, fraud, or abuse. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already met the wagering requirement, any earned winnings will be honoured.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the abe356 platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by the individual rules published by the Game Provider, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between abe356's general platform terms and a Game Provider's specific game rules, the Game Provider's rules will take precedence with respect to game outcomes.

All game outcomes are determined by each Game Provider's certified random number generator (RNG) system, which is subject to independent audit and certification. abe356 does not interfere with, influence, or modify any game outcome. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are provided by Game Providers and represent theoretical long-run averages — they do not guarantee specific results in any individual session or over any finite number of rounds.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account. abe356 will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions that are attributable to the player's own device, internet connection, or third-party software.

Bets placed or accepted in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a system or human error — may be voided by abe356 at its discretion. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. abe356 reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports or game integrity violation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abe356 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the abe356 platform, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration or at any verification stage.
• Using the abe356 platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or money laundering, or using the platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to obtain winnings that would not have been generated in normal play.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents normal gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, Game Providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, shared payment methods across different accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your abe356 account via your payment provider.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward abe356 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the abe356 platform infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or any other form of technical intrusion.

abe356 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, abe356 reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

8 Responsible Gaming

abe356 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to prevent gambling-related harm among its player base in Bangladesh. Use of the abe356 platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

abe356 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps, effective immediately upon activation. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been logged in and playing for a set period.
• Reality checks: In-session pop-up notifications displaying elapsed session time and net balance movement, available at configurable intervals.
• Loss limits: Caps on the total amount you can lose over a defined period, beyond which further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Temporary account suspension for a chosen duration (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months) or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed without persuasion or delay. During a self-exclusion period, abe356 will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

abe356 does not extend credit to players, and no player may use borrowed money or money allocated for essential living expenses to fund gambling activity on the platform. 9 Account Suspension & Closure

abe356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by abe356.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
• Account inactivity — where an account has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, it may be classified as dormant and subject to closure following advance notice to the registered email or mobile number.
• Request by a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial intelligence authority with jurisdiction over abe356 or the account holder.
• Death of the account holder — abe356 will work with verified representatives of the account holder's estate to return any Real Money Balance in accordance with applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason (including player-requested closure), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting abe356 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one Bangladesh business day. If you wish to close your account due to concerns about problem gambling, please also request a self-exclusion to prevent re-registration during your cooling-off period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abe356 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained through the normal operation of any game or betting market on the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in game or platform functionality that are outside abe356's reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party game providers, payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracy in any information provided on the abe356 platform, including game RTP disclosures, odds, or promotional descriptions, where such inaccuracy is the result of a typographical or publishing error and does not reflect actual game or market conditions.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes abe356's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The abe356 platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Amendments to These Terms

abe356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, abe356 will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Where changes are required urgently — for example, to address a legal requirement, a security issue, or a significant operational change — abe356 may apply amendments with immediate effect and will notify players as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at abe356.net/terms-conditions. The date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version was last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the abe356 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the abe356 platform operator.

In the event of any dispute between you and abe356 arising from your use of the platform, your account, any transaction, or these Terms & Conditions, you should first contact abe356 support in writing (via live chat or email at [email protected]) setting out the nature of your dispute clearly. abe356 will acknowledge your dispute within one Bangladesh business day and aim to provide a full written response within five Bangladesh business days of receipt.

abe356 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and without unnecessary delay. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, you may request escalation to a senior review panel within abe356. The outcome of the senior review panel's assessment will be communicated in writing and will represent abe356's final position on the matter.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under any consumer protection law applicable in your jurisdiction, and abe356 will not seek to use these dispute resolution procedures to prevent you from exercising any statutory right you may have.
